Erin Harper Rideaux is Senior Project Specialist for Accendo International, managing the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple and large-scale projects.
Erin has focused on project management for a decade, and has significant experience producing and executing human capital work plans that improve performance across-the-board – at the individual, team, and organizational levels. During that time, she has developed a broad-based expertise that translates into real, measurable value. Set to earn her Master’s Degree in psychology in spring 2010, she brings an analytical expertise to each Accendo International project.
Among the many highlights of Erin’s career are serving as project manager for Clear Channel University, a division of Clear Channel Worldwide, and leading the global rollout of IT security software Celanese, one of the world’s leading chemical companies.
Additionally, her capabilities and experience include:
- Implementing programs that realign existing talent with organizational strategy
- Creating database systems that increase the efficiencies and improve the outcomes of executive coaching programs
- Developing tools and processes that enhance productivity and maximize individual and team performance
- Implementing performance metrics for teams
- Assessing, identifying, and developing core talent sets
- Working with internal staff on individual training and personal development initiatives
- Serving as a hub for virtual teams both nationally and internationally, and ensuring they focus on outcomes, maintain clear and consistent communications, and execute flawlessly
