The Director of Development is responsible for creating and implementing development strategy for the organization. Working with a (3) member team, this individual is responsible for growing current funding sources, individual donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, and recognition. They are expected to develop corporate contacts and explore various government grant opportunities. He/She works closely with the President and board members to create opportunities to provide information about NEC to community groups, affinity groups, and potential new donors. More
