Kim Massey is a Principal with Accendo International and has over 14 years of sales, management, and human capital consulting experience. Her specific areas of expertise include leadership development and coaching, strategic planning, performance management, team development, curriculum development, and organizational development and design. In her senior-level role at Accendo International, she also supports all stages of client development; identifies opportunities for new business lines; and defines, prioritizes, and manages strategic and operational projects for the company and its clients.

Kim has vast industry expertise partnering with non-profit organizations, academic institutions, small businesses, and large media and entertainment companies. Passionate about improving the world through leadership, Kim’s work places an emphasis on self- empowerment, inner development, and individual responsibility. This passion has been demonstrated through her international experience and work in countries as diverse as China and India. Most recently, Kim partnered with an in-country human rights organization in India to improve its livelihood training programs for village women in the desert of western Rajasthan.

Kim is a results-oriented executive who blends broad functional knowledge with strong strategic thinking and interpersonal skills. She is a natural coach who specializes in helping leaders create an engaging work environment and in unlocking potential through positive psychology. In addition to working with individuals, Kim has facilitated hundreds of group meetings and training sessions designed to increase performance and profitability for organizations.

Prior to moving into human capital consulting, Kim served as Vice President of Sales for Clear Channel Worldwide where she managed a national sales team and led numerous restructuring initiatives.
A life-long learner, Kim holds an MBA with a specialization in Leadership from the University of Nebraska. She is certified by The Gallup Organization as a Strengths Performance Coach and as a Human Capital Strategist from the Human Capital Institute.
